Our client is one of the world’s leading video surveillance products and solutions companies. It specializes in video surveillance technology, as well as designing and manufacturing a full line of innovative CCTV and video surveillance products. The product line ranges from cameras and DVRs to video management software.

Since its establishment in 2013, Our client has developed its business at a fast pace, achieved good market share and successfully built up its brand recognition in the Australian local market.

Currently our client is seeking a Channel Account Manager who has a broad responsibility to grow business in cooperation with distributors and partners for managing their orders, sales and stock etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships in Australia, expand the sales channel and achieve sales targets;
  • Manage distributors’ sell in & sell out & sell through work, provide assistance on distributor business development and market promotions enabling sales growth;
  • Assist distributors with the order process, enquires and problem solving to continuously improve customer satisfaction;
  • Perceive changing market trends, collect competition information, identify business opportunities and risk, and develop and implement strategies accordingly;
  • Develop channel partners for commercial display.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of solid technical / account management experience in security products such as CCTV / Intercom / Access Control / Alarms, background in IT / telecommunications could also be considered
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong presentation, demonstration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong self-learning and time management ability
  • Pursue excellence, self-driven, and embrace change
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English essential
  • Good negotiation and persuasive skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce and related technologies
  • Willingness to travel.
