Duty Manager - Franchised Cafe

The Opportunity:

A reputable franchised café is urgently seeking a Duty Manager. This franchise owns over 60 cafes and restaurants throughout New Zealand. They provide "Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee".

Duties:

• Inspire FOH team to provide exceptional customer service
• Establish rapport with guests
• Ensure the café is well-presented at all times

Ideal candidates would:

• Preferably have Liquor License/ General Manager Certificate
• Inspiring and motivating leadership approach
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a good work ethic and a positive attitude
• Be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
