About the Role:

In this role you will provide training to all our client’s distributors and partners within assigned regions.

Duties:

  • Delivering engaging demonstrations of the company’s CCTV technology, Video Intercom, Access Control and software products within the Security Industry.
  • Training customers to effectively install the company’s security products and IT equipment to improve efficiency
  • Planning and delivering training sessions in person and/or remotely
  • Providing key training and reference material to new and existing customers on a required basis
  • Working with the company’s distributors and/or partners to setup and organize training requirements
  • Coordinate and communicate with the company’s BDMs to organize training sessions
  • Plan training sessions in advance and inform Oceania Training Manager and the marketing team of dates and/or venues.
  • Required to travel interstate for training trips and company events
  • Providing training reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to Oceania Training Manager in Sydney
  • Keeping up to date with new products and technology.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ Years of experience within the security industry
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of CCTV products, technology and networking concepts.
  • Good communication skills and presentations skills are essential
  • Knowledge of Video Intercom and Access Control concepts
  • Relevant IT and/or Electronic Certifications will be an advantage
  • Previous technology training experience is highly desirable
  • Energetic and engaging personality
  • Must have knowledge of Windows Office products – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Current driver's license
  • Security license will be an advantage
  • Willing to travel within Australia, occasionally to New Zealand
  • Understanding and respect of cultural difference and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
